Hormone Couching – the final results

The End Result:

Well, well, well… with a big smile on my face, I finally walk in to the couching office. After all this time, I will be free again.

The tests start, and here’s the update:

 I’ve gained weight !

I’ve been eating super healthy, but the test shows that it’s not muscle—it’s literally fat that I’ve gained. Back to square one. And the other results? Not much better either. My hormone levels are off, my skin is terrible, and my sleep patterns are still nowhere near where they used to be.

The Outcome:

In short, this experience feels like a total waste of time, money, and energy. Now, I need to rebuild my muscles, regain my positive mindset (which took years to develop), and relearn what healthy eating truly means. Honestly, I started to hate myself when I ate a potato on my “cheat day.”

The Coach:

I still need to mention what my coach said. She wasn’t happy either. She told me that not many people go through such an extrem testing process with all the sheets i have prepared and offered me one more round of testing with another month of coaching. I felt like I was being pressured into it, even though I made it clear that I wasn’t happy with the results and didn’t feel it was worth the money.

So here we are—another four weeks.

This time, I had to take that same pill that messed with my in the beginning of the couching. I did a lot of research, and yes, detoxing can change your mood, but it should improve after a while. So, I took it. For three weeks, I also took other supplements. As for my food, I aimed to get back to normal eating—less meat (1-2 times a week), and I started my day with eggs in various forms, made delicious lunches, and ended the day with fruit salad and coconut yogurt. I still don’t eat regular milk or yogurt.

But after three weeks, my motivation for exercise was at an all-time low, my skin was worse than ever, and I hadn’t worn makeup for weeks, expecting things to improve. But nothing happened.

The Last Week:

Finally, after the pills ran out, I started my own healing process. I switched up my supplements, and just three days later, my skin started to clear up. By the end of the week, nearly everything was gone. I returned to working in the office, and I wore makeup again, but my skin stayed clear. My mood is still something I need to work on, but I already know that it will take a lot of time.

Oh, and my coach? She only messaged me twice during these four weeks, and one of those was just to make another appointment.

I’m done!

My next session was canceled again, and honestly, I’d normally be excited about an extended coaching period, but with this coach? No thanks. I’m so glad to be finished with the mess I’ve been through the last few months.

The Final Results:

After nearly five months of coaching (thanks to the endless rescheduling), the results are not worth it. My energy levels are lower than ever, my sleep has worsened, and my skin still isn’t great. My long-term, hard-earned happiness is now down to 10%, and it will probably take another 4-5 years to get back to where I was. I’ve wasted a lot of money and didn’t get any real answers.

Yes, I’ve done plenty of stupid things to try and get healthy, but now I’m going to trust my body. I’ll follow what feels right for me, and my body will tell me if it likes it or not.

I’m also disappointed because I really hoped this would help me finally be free from acne and feel amazing. I regret spending all that money for nothing.

The Last Test:

Should I go for the final test? Honestly, I don’t even want to see this woman again.

But hey I already have spent so much money on it so let’s see whats the last check up hold for us.

The results were still poor, and we both knew that we weren’t going to reach the goals we set. So, we called it quits on the coaching.

Conclusion:

If you have a lot of money, if you’re bored, or if you’re just looking for an excuse to talk to someone, then go ahead.

Start to Finish Results:

  • Muscle Mass: No significant gains.
  • What I Learned: How to prepare a lot of meals without flour and dairy products.
  • Skin: Stayed the same, no real improvement.
  • Physical Health: Declined overall.
  • Mental Health & Happiness: Both took a huge hit. My mood and overall well-being plummeted.
  • Ideas of Healthy Food: I learned a lot, but it didn’t seem to match my body’s needs.

This journey has been more about what didn’t work than what did, and unfortunately, it’s left me needing to rebuild both physically and mentally.

But don’t do it if you:

  • Want actual results.
  • Want to change your life for the better.
  • Want to lose weight and keep it off.
  • Want to get fit and build muscle.
  • Want to improve your mental health.
  • Want to get rid of acne.

This is just my experience with one coach. I can’t speak for others’ experiences or other coaches.
