Hormone Couching week 7-11
Sevens week 16-23.02 I need to say this week I have gone from 0 to hero in sport. đ I couldn’t handle it anymore to do nothing. So 2 times weight lifting and cardio and on the weekend a good 2-hour walk up and down some mountains with my horse. My skin is pretty good, but I need to say I have also changed something in my daily routine! So what do I have changed? In the morning, I use my handmade day crème with some pigments mixed up. Then in the evening every second day I make a peeling that contains acid. After a shower, I do some needling and, depending on what my skin needs, I use my own designed night crème or some oils. Since I use my own products, my skin improved really well. I also need to say that the cheating meals are more cheating weekends now.
